omg so shit today

breakfast - 97 calories

  • cereal and skim milk

lunch - nothing

dinner - nothing

but i had a huge binge in the afternoon with 2 friends because we were so upset because we didn’t get one direction tickets so we ate a tub of ice cream with 2 packets of oreos

so my total today was like 1600 calories??!!??! fiyterjgmh,fjwor8gyukjh fucking fuck

  • 1/2 frozen banana 
  • green tea

Lunch - 70 calories

  • 1 orange

Afternoon snack - 79 calories

  • 1/2 frozen banana - 54 calories
  • 1 carrot - 25 calories 
  • green tea

Dinner - 44 calories

  • 1/8 cup porridge - 33 calories
  • 25ml skim milk - 9 calories
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon - 2 calories

Total: 247 calories

Plus: 2.5 litres water

I’m doing the 2 4 6 8 challenge starting today and I went over by 47 calories, I hope thats fine >.<
